These terms apply to all photography services, consultations, and digital products provided by Thorn Path Field Y X. By booking or purchasing, you agree to these terms.
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Thorn Path Field Y X（以下「当スタジオ」）が提供するすべての写真撮影サービス・コンサルテーション・デジタル納品物の利用条件を定めます。ご予約・ご購入をもって、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。当スタジオは必要に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載します。
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Full payment is required before the shoot date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ご予約は、手付金の入金確認をもって確定とします。残額は撮影日の前日までにお支払いください（別途書面で合意した場合を除く）。振込手数料はお客様ご負担となります。
Cancellations 7 or more days before the shoot: full refund of the deposit. Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund. Within 48 hours: no refund. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled date.
撮影7日以上前のキャンセル：手付金を全額返金。撮影3〜6日前：手付金の50%返金。撮影48時間以内：返金不可（振替日程の調整は1回限り無料で対応します）。当スタジオ都合によるキャンセルの場合：全額返金または日程振替にて対応します。
Copyright in all photographs remains with the photographer. You receive a personal-use licence for agreed images upon full payment. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.
全写真の著作権は当スタジオに帰属します。全額お支払いが完了した時点で、合意した納品画像の個人利用ライセンスをお客様に付与します。商業目的での利用（広告・パンフレット等）には別途書面による契約が必要です。無断での再販・二次配布・改変は禁止します。
We may use selected images from your shoot in our portfolio and on social media, unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
撮影した写真の一部を、当スタジオのポートフォリオ・ウェブサイト・SNS等に掲載させていただく場合があります。掲載をご希望でない場合は、撮影日前日までに書面（メール可）にてお申し出ください。
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control — extreme weather, access restrictions, or equipment failure. We carry professional liability insurance, but our liability is limited to the fee paid for the session.
天候・ロケーション規制・機材故障等、当スタジオの管理外の事由によるサービス変更・中止については責任を負いかねます。当スタジオの責任は、セッションのお支払い金額を上限とします。
These terms are governed by Japanese law. For any dispute, the Miyazaki District Court will have first-instance jurisdiction.
本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。紛争が生じた場合は、宮崎地方裁判所を第一審の合意管轄裁判所とします。
